Food Safety StandardsMark Launched

SAI Global has launched a new green “five ticks” StandardsMark for companies who achieve certification to the new international food safety management systems standard - ISO 22000.

The General Manager of Food Safety at SAI Global Limited, Mr Mario Battaglia, said: “I believe the new “five ticks” StandardsMark for food safety management will offer organizations a significant competitive and an effective way of demonstrating to their suppliers that they have meet the requirements of ISO 22000.”

On September 14 SAI Global experts will be manning “five tick” StandardsMark tasting stations and handing out Nudie fruit juices at the following city locations around Australia:

  • Sydney - Macquarie Park
  • Melbourne - Swanton Street & Flinders Street - Under Clock Tower
  • Brisbane - In front of Australia Post - 261 Queen Street
  • Perth - Murray Street Mall - Lift Tower
  • Adelaide - Rundle Street Mall - Zone E
